Auction Terms & Conditions

By participating in an online auction hosted by Zehr's Sales & Manufacturing (via the Quick Bids platform), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before placing any bids.

1. Binding Contract

Participation in our auctions constitutes a legal and binding contract. When you place a bid and become the winning bidder, you are obligated to complete the purchase of the item at the final bid price, plus any applicable taxes and fees.

2. Bidding & Registration

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information on the Quick Bids platform. All activities occurring under your account are your responsibility.
  • Bid Retraction: Bids cannot be retracted. Please review your bid amount carefully before confirming.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Deadline: Winning bidders must complete payment within 48 hours of the auction closing time.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit card on the auction platform, or by Cash, Debit, and Certified Cheque upon in-person pickup at our Millbank location.
  • Default: Failure to pay within the specified timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the item and the permanent suspension of your bidding privileges on our platform.

4. Item Inspection & Condition

Items sold at auction are sold on an "As-Is, Where-Is" basis. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and photos, we strongly encourage bidders to inspect items personally or ask questions before bidding. No warranties, express or implied, are provided for auction items.

5. Pickup & Logistics

  • Pickup Location: 3982 Perth County Line 72, Millbank, ON N0K 1L0, Canada.
  • Pickup Window: Items must be collected within the timeframe specified in the individual auction listing. Please call +1 519-595-7579 in advance to schedule your pickup.
  • Ownership Transfer: Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon the completion of the auction and payment. Zehr's Sales & Manufacturing is not responsible for damage occurring during the buyer's transport.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zehr's Sales & Manufacturing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of items purchased at auction. Our total liability shall not exceed the final bid price of the specific item in question.
